By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices and outcomes. Ancient Oak Psychic Arts and Alison will not be held liable for any actions taken as a result of the information shared during your session.

Refund Policy for Sessions

All private tarot, manifestation, and energy work sessions with Alison are non-refundable and non-transferable. When you book a session, a dedicated time slot is reserved just for you, and preparations are made in advance to ensure you receive a personalized experience.

Because of the nature of these sessions and the energetic work involved, we do not offer refunds for missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellations. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.

Session Delivery & Support

Once your session is booked and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to access your session via Zoom (or another designated platform). If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact info@ancientoakpsychicarts.com with your transaction details, and we’ll ensure you receive your session link.

Copyright & Digital Content Usage

Any materials, resources, or recordings provided during your session are for your personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing any content from your session without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

By booking a session, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all sales are final.
